Task detail– Return Material Authorization for consumer product for Home business solutions division. Customer/partner can start Return process through SFDC community which will pull real time data from SAP to validate info and provide updates as the return happens in both systems. Integration to SAP via Informatica cloud and SOAP API for real time integrations.
