Tools and Technologies – Salesforce Community portal, Web API to SAP, Informatica Power Center, Force.com sites.
Task details – Return Material Authorization for consumer product for Home Business Solutions division.

Customer/Partner can start the Return process through SFDC community which will pull real time data from SAP to validate information and provide updates as the return get processed in both systems. Integration to SAP via Informatica cloud and SOAP API for real time integrations.
